Buildings are constructed in a colony's building slots. A colony can have up to 12 building slots, although most of them are initially unavailable and the first one is dedicated to the colony's capital building. Additional building slots are unlocked by upgrading the capital building, constructing urban districts, researching technologies, and some civics. Ecumenopolises, Ring Worlds, Hive Worlds, and Machine Worlds start with all building slots unlocked. Habitats have far fewer ways to unlock building slots than other colony classes, and can't normally unlock all 12.
The capital always occupies the first building slot and provides some of the basic housing, amenities, jobs that reduce crime and spawn defense armies, as well as other jobs which vary depending on empire authority and civics. Upgrading the capital is one of the ways of unlocking additional building slots. Capital buildings cannot be demolished, downgraded or disabled, and will automatically be converted to the appropriate type if traded, ceded, or conquered by another empire with a different authority or if the planet designation is changed.
Empire Defense II Mod Unlock All
Capital buildings can generally be categorized into 4 tiers by which technology unlocks that tier,[1] what other buildings require them,[2] and the max general productivity bonus that they can apply. The standard capitals line up on these criteria neatly, however other types do not. With Nemesis, the Galactic Emperor can upgrade their capital planet or habitat with a "fifth" tier imperial capital building.
Habitats have their own capital buildings, which are used by all empires. If the Galactic Emperor has a habitat as their capital, they can upgrade the capital to the respective Imperial capital. Habitat Administration counts as tier 2, except for job productivity, for which it has no bonus. Habitat Central Control counts as tier 4 for building requirements and tier 2 for job productivity.
Hive Mind empires only have two regular capital buildings. The Hive Core is tier 2 for all purposes, except that it also converts from tier 1 capitals. The Hive Nexus acts as tier 4 for job productivity and building requirements, but converts to tier 3.
Machine Intelligence empires have the same four capital tiers as regular empires. Capital conversion works normally, except that the Administrative Array (tier 2) will convert to a Reassembled Ship Shelter (tier 1) if the planet is conquered by a non-Gestalt empire.[3] Also, the Planetary Processor (tier 3) counts as tier 4 for building requirements.[4] Driven Assimilators' capitals have one less Replicator and, after tier 1, one more Maintenance Drone than other Machine Intelligence empires' capitals.
If a world is conquered by an empire that uses a different set of buildings for the same primary resource, the existing buildings will be converted into new ones of the same tier. Tiered buildings cannot be constructed on Thrall Worlds.
Housing buildings provide Housing and come in two tiers. The advanced resource used to upgrade their tier is Rare Crystals. If the world is conquered by an empire with different government each housing building will be converted into the equal tier counterpart of the new owner.
Monument buildings increase Unity output and produce it themselves based on the number of taken Ascension Perks. If the world is conqured by a different empire monuments will be converted accordingly.
Gaia Seeders can only be constructed by empires with the Idyllic Bloom civic. Building and upgrading Gaia Seeders takes 480 days for each phase and requires a tier 2 or above capital and the following planet classes:
Military buildings produce defense armies and are vital for the protection of a world. Once constructed they will always be placed at the top of the buildings order to be the last buildings destroyed by orbital bombardment. Fortresses can also contain an FTL inhibitor if the FTL Inhibition technology has been researched. Upgrading Strongholds into Fortresses requires the Global Defense Grid technology.
Rogue Servitor empires need organic safekeeping buildings to provide Bio-Trophy Jobs for Unity. These buildings are converted into Housing buildings of equal tier if the planet is conquered by an empire that lacks the civic. Upgrading Organic Sanctuaries to Organic Paradises requires the Idyllic Architecture technology.
Fallen Empire buildings are found on the homeworlds and planets of Fallen Empires. These buildings use incredibly advanced arcane technology, and as such are exceptionally effective compared to regular empire buildings. Most are autonomous, and can be used by other empires if captured. Ruined Fallen Empire buildings can be repaired. Fallen Empires, awakened or not, can never build more Fallen Empire buildings (with a few exceptions), making these buildings highly valuable.
To unlock the three new BD-1 Skins, you need to earn 12 stars across all 12 Combat Challenges. You can access the Combat Challenges by heading to any Meditation point in the game after having beaten the game and clicking Meditation Training. Unlike other things listed, this can be achieved with a clear game save file.
In other words, you can unlock the three skins by simply beating the 12 combat challenges. Or, you can unlock the skins by not getting hit on four separate challenges. You can mix things up based on your overall skill level, but it should be achievable by just about anybody.
In King of Defense 2: Epic TD, players will see that the hero has defeated the monster and is about to save the hostage. Suddenly, a three-headed dragon appeared and took the cage containing the hostage, requiring the hero to participate in the battle against the monster. He reaches the area where this dragon lives and begins the first tower-defense style battles you will have easy access to.
Like other tower defense games, players will find some familiar elements such as the health you need to keep, the number of positions you can place the tower, and the hero accompanying you. You will use the powers that you may be able to build a strong defense against the aiming enemies. At the same time, their strength will increase over time if you know how to combine correctly, and the tower combination factor will be something that you cannot ignore.
The mechanics that you need to understand are straightforward in King of Defense 2: Epic TD when you will prevent waves of enemies that are always moving and intending to infiltrate the last position of the path. If the amount of health you receive is exhausted, the match will be counted as lost. You will place different towers on the positions with the money you earn through battles. At the same time, there will be many ways for you to take advantage of these positions to build a strong defense.
Building a defense requires a lot of strength to fight the monsters that gradually appear. So the upgrade mechanism is always useful because players can direct their towers to new powers, and there are branches that you have to choose from. At the same time, the amount of money you need to spend will also increase over time because the appearance of towers can come together. It requires some money to upgrade and requires players to make correct decisions.
You'll start off with just four basic units. There are 14 more units that you spend crystals on to unlock. Once a unit is unlocked, you can use crystals to permanently increase their levels. However, the cost to unlock and upgrade them can be pretty hefty. The same applies for unlocking the other 15 generals and several items/ equipment. Some of the high tier equipment will require Arena Coins instead. Players who don't want to use real money to buy crystals are in for a long grind in order to get the game's best equipment, units and generals.
One curious difference you won't find in normal tower defense games is that your general can move in the battlefield. Your general will start off with a set number of moves, which will determine the enemies' path. Your general will more Move points as you clear waves in the current battle. This feature can be used to your advantage since you can design the route the enemies can take and give your allied units good deployment positions. Your general can also use his special ability to turn the tide of battle.
Before deploying to a battle, you can access your general's inventory and equip any unlocked weapons or gears. You can also select up to four different units before starting a map. Each map has four difficulties with their own set of rewards. Completed maps can be played over and over again to grind experience and crystals.
The game's wide variety of units, heroes, equipment, maps and online mode give Empire Defense 2 a good replay value. However, the long-term grinding can turn off other players. The game's RPG and tower defense elements are its main strengths and it is important to keep these aspects balanced up to maintain the game's attractiveness. The game is free and players don't need to spend real money to enjoy the full features of the game. There are also minimal ads when you play the game while connected to the internet but nothing obstructive or annoying.
At this point, you will have a couple decent defense fleets in the Core and South, and the starting defenses on the ground and in space will be able to withstand several early game attacks. However, this won't last for long, and if you sold the buildings above, you will have either 27,500 or 54,100 Credits to spend, depending on how much was sold. In either case, these credits will be helpful in preparing your early game economy.
Once fully set up, these worlds will be extremely hard to capture due to the strong and powerful defenses in orbit and on the ground. The final step if the player wishes to do so would be adding a small garrison in both space and orbit to provide more defense. Once done, these worlds will be unbreakable to all but the strongest invasion forces.
